"UNDAUNTED"

This bronze monument of Jason Churchill was erected in the beautiful Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Toronto, Ontario on June 29th 2016. One year after his passing. He was highly respected and loved in the department of Markham and the community he lived in. His zest for life ended at the age of 50, but the impact he has had on his family and friends will be everlasting. His smile, gregariuos laugh, listening skills, compassion, and love has left a huge hole in the hearts of all who knew him. IAFF Line of Duty Death #2591.
